- Launched a new permission – Full Order Management Access (
manage_orders_permission). With this permission, a regular employee receives manager-level capabilities for the orders module only: creating new orders, editing existing ones, running auto-assign, and assigning orders to employees – all without granting them access to other management areas (catalog, users, branches, etc.). Useful for an "operations manager" or "shipping manager" who is responsible for the full order lifecycle but should not see cost prices, employees, or sensitive settings. - The new permission is available both as an individual toggle in the Edit Employee dialog and as a value in the Bulk Permissions Update dialog – allowing you to grant or revoke it for all employees at once.
- Added a dedicated branch list for orders-only managers – an employee with order-management permission now sees in the branch picker (in the orders tab) only the branches authorized for them, exactly as a picker does, instead of the full company list. This way the orders view is tidy and aligned with the role's actual permissions.
- Launched the Receipt Verification Status dialog – inside receipt-verification mode (goods receiving) you'll now see a "View Verification Status" button that opens a summary window in real time:
- Total items in the receipt vs. items already verified.
- Breakdown into three categories – fully verified, partially verified, not verified.
- Total verified quantity vs. expected quantity.
- Receipt number and supplier name displayed at the top of the dialog for clear context.
- Fixed an issue where opening receipt verification or goods-receiving directly from a URL link (without going through the menu) caused a "store not found" message – the system now correctly identifies the branch from the receipt itself.
- Added a "Total Cost" column to the goods-receiving table – instant view of the financial value of each receipt without needing manual calculation.
Date: 29.4.26
- Reworked the Loan & Return flow end-to-end. Previously, loan/return mode was a global toggle in count settings; now it's a dedicated session that starts from the Borrowers Management page, with a clear separation between a loan and a return:
- In the borrowers table, two new buttons appear in each row – Start Loan (red) and Start Return (green).
- Clicking one of the buttons takes you straight to the count screen in borrower-pinned session mode: the borrower is fixed, the action direction is fixed (loan or return), and the page header clearly displays "Loan to: [name]" or "Return from: [name]" with an End button to exit the session.
- If the user has access to more than one branch, a quick branch-selection dialog appears before entering the session – exactly as in the regular "start scan" flow.
- In loan mode, the quantity is recorded as negative (items leaving the store); in return mode – as positive (items returning).
- The dedicated session mode replaces the previous toggle: it's clearer, there's no risk of confusing loan with return mid-counting, and every count is automatically and reliably tagged with the right borrower.
- Hebrew terminology was unified across the entire system – the term "משאיל" was replaced with "שואל" (the linguistically correct term for the person taking the item), in titles, dialogs, system messages, and the counter page. The English interface remains "Borrower" as it was.
- Added detailed audit logging for delete actions across the system – every deletion of items, counts, branches, orders, users, count scopes, integrations, receipts, and barcode labels is now recorded in detail in the audit log, including the identity of the person who deleted, time, and full content of the deleted record. Critical for management transparency and incident investigation.
- Cleaned up cards in the goods-receiving and order-creation flows: more elegant status display, dynamic positioning of elements in the barcode-label editor, and improved error handling in counter mode when a record is loaded from a partial state.
