# Modules at a glance

OpticCount is one core module plus a set of companion modules, all working on the same catalog, branches and users. **Inventory counts** is the core and comes with every license. **Item identification** and **Excel import & report export** are included too. **Order picking**, **Goods receiving with AI**, **Returns & documents** and **Loans & borrowers** are paid modules: each one is unlocked with a flat access fee per license term, and its usage is drawn from the company's shared credit bank. A module you have not purchased shows a lock icon in the sidebar; tapping it opens an unlock dialog named after the module (for example **Unlock Order picking**), with the *Premium module* tag and a **View plans & unlock** button.

::: info One credit per billable unit
One credit is charged per billable unit, in every module. In counts and loans the unit is a scan; in picking and documents the unit is a document line, so a line costs the same whether you scanned it, collected it with a tap or typed it in. Current pricing is shown on the purchase page in the app. See [License & Purchases](/en/guide/management/license#the-purchase-page).

The four paid modules sit in the sidebar under **Movements**. Picking, receiving and returns require a supported ERP integration, so their locked dialog also carries the **Requires ERP integration** tag. Loans work without an ERP. Which modules each ERP supports is in the table in the next section.

## Which modules each ERP supports

Inventory counts work for any business: with an integration the data moves directly to and from the ERP, and without one you upload the catalog from an Excel file and download the count summary as an Excel file. Order picking, goods receiving and returns work only with a full integration to a supported ERP, never through Excel. Equipment loans and item identification need no ERP.

Integrations with Priority, SAP Business One and Hashavshevet are set up per customer together with the OpticCount team. Priority Zoom is not the regular Priority: with it, inventory counts work through Excel files only. How to connect each system is on the [Integrations](/en/guide/management/integrations) page.
